90K Mortar

This 90K high-alumina refractory mortar, with approximately 90% alumina content, is engineered for durability and heat resistance in challenging industrial settings. It performs optimally at temperatures up to 1700°C (3092°F), making it suitable for lining furnaces and kilns, preventing cracking or loss of strength. This mortar resists slag penetration, mechanical wear, and chemical attack, with low shrinkage to reduce maintenance. High-purity raw materials and rigorous manufacturing processes ensure quality. Essential for structural integrity, it is used in furnace linings, the petrochemical industry, steel and glass manufacturing, and setting ladle nozzles. It is supplied in 50 Kg HDPE bags with an inner liner for easy handling and protection, and has a shelf life of at least 6 months.
